Most of us are fighting ourselves harder than anything the world throws at us. That is not a character flaw — it is a pattern, and patterns can change. Not managed. Not worked around. Actually changed, at the level where they run.
You know these patterns. You can name them. Knowing the pattern and shifting it are two very different things. That's where I come in.
Not the story you tell about it but the structure underneath. The belief, the programme, the place it lives. We go there first.
Using NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis and language patterns, and Timeline work, we work at the level where the pattern actually runs. Not around it. Through it.
We build a version of you that operates from self-trust and abundance — not scarcity, desperation, or the need to prove yourself to anyone.
These are not personality traits. They are patterns — and patterns can be changed. Not managed. Not worked around. Actually changed, at the level where they run.
Most of us are running patterns we did not choose. I did too.
Certified NLP Coach and Trainer. Two decades across P&G, HSBC, Amazon, and JP Morgan — finance, tech, entertainment, consumer goods — India, Hong Kong, Singapore. I have sat where you are sitting. I know what it feels like to perform well on the outside while quietly fighting yourself on the inside.
I quit when I was doing well. Not because things fell apart — because something no longer felt right.
That decision took longer than it should have. The career looked good. The title was right. The money made sense. And still, something was quietly off. Learning to trust that signal and act on it is some of the hardest work I have ever done. It is also the most important.
I grew up in Mumbai as a girl who loved sport. In India, that was not exactly the expected path. That stubbornness — the refusal to accept the version of myself that other people had decided — has stayed with me ever since. It carried me through three countries, four industries, two children, and a marriage between two very different cultures. Every new context asked me to figure out who I was in the middle of circumstances that kept changing. I got good at that. What took longer was learning to trust my own read of things rather than the external signals telling me I was fine.
At 42, I started learning how to play tennis, because I loved the sport but also because I never want to stop being willing to be a beginner. Every new skill is a reminder that confidence is built through practice, not inherited — and that the gap between where you are and where you want to be is almost always smaller than it feels.
That perspective shapes how I work — helping people move through change with more self-trust and fewer of the patterns that keep them stuck.
I trained with the Worldwide Institutes of NLP under Dr. Heidi Heron PsyD and Laureli Blyth — two of the world's top-ranked NLP professionals — completing the full pathway from Practitioner through to Trainer and Consultant level.
The toolkit spans the psychology of belief and behaviour change, Ericksonian hypnosis and language patterns, and Timeline work — a process for releasing what holds you in the past and building a genuinely compelling future. I am currently working toward ICF ACC accreditation.
When I am not coaching you will find me planning my next trip around where to eat, buried in a book, or putting together an outfit that has absolutely no practical justification. I am a foodie first — the first thing I do when planning a holiday is research the food. Fashion, travel, fitness, reading — these are not hobbies. They are how I stay curious, alive, and connected to the world outside my head.
Everything starts with a conversation. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest look at where you are and whether this is the right fit.
30 minutes to talk about what you are working with, what you want to shift, and whether we are right for each other. Honest conversation. No obligation.
A 60 or 90-minute session targeting one specific pattern, belief, or challenge. Good for those who have something defined to work on.
A structured engagement — typically 6 to 8 sessions — designed to go to the root. We do not just manage the pattern. We change it. Includes external resources and between-session support.
The same patterns that hold individuals back show up in teams too. A culture that quietly tolerates self-doubt, avoidance, and people-pleasing does not perform at its potential — no matter how talented the people in it. Available as half-day or full-day workshops, or as ongoing engagements.
Helping teams get clear on who they are, what they stand for, and how that shows up in the work they do every day.
Clarifying the why behind the work — so people feel connected to something bigger than the task in front of them.
Building the culture you actually want — and giving teams the tools to navigate each other, conflict, and change.
Building managers who lead with clarity — how to give feedback that actually lands, have the conversations nobody wants to have, and create the conditions where people do their best work.
