The harshest critic
in your life probably
lives in your head.

Most of us are fighting ourselves harder than anything the world throws at us. That is not a character flaw. It is a pattern, and patterns can change. Not managed, not worked around, but changed where they begin.

You are doing well.
And something still feels off.

The Unworthy
"I am not good enough. I don't know exactly why, I just know it."
The Imposter
"Yeah I have gone far in my career but I always feel like an imposter, I just got lucky."
The Victim
"Things never work out for me. It always feels like everyone else gets what they want but I don't."
All or Nothing
"I either train every day and eat perfectly but then I go just ahead and binge eat/drink and ruin it all. I am such a loser."
The Doormat
"I say yes to everything because I don't want anyone to feel bad or let down."
The Avoider
"I don't offer an opinion because then I will have to defend it and that requires being sure of myself and backing myself."
The Doubter
"I attend all the right meetings, but I am constantly second-guessing myself. What if I say the wrong thing?"
The Detacher
"If I engage it takes away energy and I fall into a negative loop, so I just withdraw."
The Drama Magnet
"I don't go looking for drama. Somehow it always finds me."

You know these patterns. You can name them. Knowing the pattern and changing it are two very different things. That's where I come in.

01

Find the real pattern

Not the story you tell yourself, but the beliefs and habits underneath it. We start there.

02

Change it at the root

Using NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, language patterns and Timeline work, we work on the underlying beliefs and automatic responses that keep the pattern going. Not just the symptoms.

03

Build lasting self-trust

So you can make decisions from confidence instead of fear, scarcity, or the need to prove yourself.

If this feels like a fit, let's talk.

We will identify the pattern keeping you stuck and decide whether this work is right for you.

Most of us are running programmes we did not choose. I did too.

Mindset and Leadership Coach. Certified NLP Coach and Trainer. Senior marketing leader with two decades across P&G, HSBC, Amazon, and JP Morgan. Worked in finance, tech, entertainment, consumer goods. Lived and worked in India, Hong Kong, Singapore.

I quit when I was doing well. Not because things fell apart. Because something no longer felt right.

That decision took longer than it should have. The career looked good. The title was right. The money made sense. And still, something was quietly off. Learning to trust that signal and act on it is some of the hardest work I have ever done. It is also the most important.

I grew up in Mumbai as a girl who loved and played sport. In India, that was not exactly the expected path. That stubbornness, the refusal to accept the version of myself that other people had decided, has stayed with me ever since. It carried me through three countries, four industries, two children, and a marriage between two very different cultures. Every new context asked me to figure out who I was in the middle of circumstances that kept changing. I got good at that. What took longer was learning to trust my own read of things rather than the external signals telling me I was fine.

At 42, I learnt to play tennis, not because I wanted to become a great player, but because I never want to stop being willing to be a beginner. Around the same time, I made another significant change. I left a twenty-year career in marketing to do, full-time, what I had been doing throughout my career: helping people navigate change, work through what was holding them back, and build stronger relationships and teams. Coaching gave that work a name, a structure, and a purpose. That experience reinforced something I believe deeply: confidence doesn't come before you begin. It grows because you begin. More often than not, the gap between where you are today and where you want to be is much smaller than it feels. Sometimes, all it takes is the right conversation to help you see the way forward.

That perspective shapes how I work. Helping people move through change with more self-trust and fewer of the patterns that keep them stuck.

Workshops & team work.

The same patterns that hold individuals back show up in teams too. A culture that quietly tolerates self-doubt, avoidance, and people-pleasing does not perform at its potential, no matter how talented the people in it. Available as half-day or full-day workshops, or as ongoing engagements.

Identity & Values

Helping teams get clear on who they are, what they stand for, and how that shows up in the work they do every day.

Mission & Purpose

Clarifying the why behind the work. So people feel connected to something bigger than the task in front of them.

Culture & Team Navigation

Building the culture you actually want. And giving teams the tools to navigate each other, conflict, and change.

Manager Lab

Building managers who lead with clarity. How to give feedback that actually lands, have the conversations nobody wants to have, and create the conditions where people do their best work.
